I found Cakey LuLu’s on social media and just loved the intricate details, variety of style and just pure elegance of Jen’s cakes. I got in contact, we ordered a sample box and that was that! We had a FaceTime meeting and was able to compose a concept for our wedding cake. It took us nearly 4 months after that meeting to actually pick the flavours because everything we tried was delicious! Highly recommend the Chocolate Mud with Mint flavour - we had no left overs and that was the biggest tier! Even the following day I was asked if there was any left!

“Jen created our Wedding Cake a following consultation with us; when we saw the cake in our reception venue we both said, “wow!”. The cake exactly matched the sketch Jen had drawn on her iPad - but so much better in reality. Visually it looked stunning - so much so, we hesitated to cut it. We opted for different flavours in each layer and each tasted delicious - just like the sample slices we bought in order to choose our flavour options. The icing was a consistent thickness and in good proportion to the cake part (I prefer more cake than icing). We’re we asked the venue to save us a chunk of each tier to enjoy in ‘slow time’ - that is extending the memories of our day. We’re really happy we chose you Jen. Thank you!”

We then asked Jen to make our daughter’s first birthday cake. We were blown away when we first saw it - it was perfect, especially the detail on the figure on top of the cake.
