Inside: Our sponge cakes have three or four layers of moist sponge in each tier, and are filled with decadent buttercream, preserves or ganache.
Outside: Sponge Cakes are coated in a thin layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache as a base to ensure your cake has pristine, sharp edges. They are then covered with luxury sugarpaste (fondant).
Inside: Our fruit cakes are baked a minimum of three months before your wedding, and regularly infused with rich brandy to ensure your cake is truly indulgent.
Outside: Fruit cakes are covered in a thin layer of marzipan under luxury sugarpaste.
Vanilla sponge layered with strawberry conserve (optional) and vanilla buttercream.
Vanilla sponge layered with passionfruit curd and vanilla buttercream.
A light chocolate cake with melted Belgian chocolate buttercream (or chocolate orange buttercream).
Decadent dark chocolate mud cake with mint buttercream (or vanilla/caramel if you prefer).
Lemon sponge infused with lemon or elderflower syrup, and layered with lemon/elderflower buttercream and lemon curd (or blueberry conserve).
Almond sponge with Morello cherry conserve and almond buttercream.
White chocolate sponge with either raspberry conserve or passionfruit curd and our signature Belgian white chocolate truffle buttercream.
Caramel sponge with Biscoff® biscuit chunks, layered with Biscoff® spread and Biscoff® swirled buttercream.
Lightly spiced carrot cake with cinnamon and orange buttercream (or vanilla if you prefer).
Moist caramel sponge with homemade salted caramel sauce and vanilla buttercream.
Sticky ginger cake with subtle but sweet maple buttercream.
Coconut cake with coconut buttercream and mango curd.
Due to the bespoke nature of our cakes, each one will be different to cater for our individual customers’ requests. Once we have spoken and gone through ideas for your cake, you will be provided with a quote. The price of your cake will be determined by both the size and complexity of the design, any sugar floral work required and any extra detail such as ruffles, glitter, lace, shine, etc.
We do not offer semi-naked or naked cakes.
Below is an approximate starting guide for 2024 cakes with a simple design, including local delivery.
Please note we have a minimum spend of £650 from May-September and during school holidays, and a minimum spend of £500 for all other wedding orders. Smaller, intimate cakes can be topped up with added decoration or dessert table extras.

We have a variety of beautiful cake stands, plinths and separators to display your cake and take it to the next level. Hire starts from £20 per stand, plus a refundable security deposit to the value of the stand.
Please see our portion guide below to get an idea of how many portions each tier will provide, and how many tiers may be required for the number of guests at your event. Finger portions (standard wedding portions) are 1” x 1” and dessert portions are 1” x 2”. All our tiers are approximately 5” tall as standard.
